Dinner 4.28.09 A live cooking show on the corner of 47th and Lexington. Come check out Lily’s and the Roger Smith Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. Passersby will be able to watch Chef Daniel Mowles as he creates sensational meals for his invited guests. The recipes he prepares will be featured as specials on the Lilys menu the next day, which is known for its Scandinavian-influenced American cuisine. The live food show will feature a number of his newest spring dishes. Daniel is one of the most creative young chefs out there. We think of his dishes as art, so when the Lab Gallery approached us with the idea of his performing live, we immediately agreed, said Ulrika Bengtsson, Restaurant Director of Lilys.
